  Great customer service every time I visit the store. PJ is my go to T-mobile worker when something goes wrong or I have any questions. She’s in the Patrick Henry Mall, she’s definitely someone you need to contact if you’re thinking about switching to T-mobile or have any concerns about phone services. She is very helpful anytime of day whenever I need any kind of assistance.

  Great customer service, very helpful, PJ in the Patrick henry mall is the person to see for any issues you might have or if you looking to sign up for a phone. This is the best t-mobile store I’ve been too.

  Just switched with PJ at Patrick Henry. She is the best! She cares so much for her customers. Other employee were asking her help non stop, but she is so sweet she excused herself from us to help coworkers out. Will be sending my friends family and coworkers to her only!! By Sprint!!
