  Don't answer phones, slow service, unexpirenced. I purchased an iPad there. When I turned it on and did the update I found out really quickly that the iPad was broken. It played no sound because it thought headphones were connected when there were no headphones in place. So I took it back to exchange it and they didn't have another one so I had to direct ship to the store. the person that I had do the order didn't know what they were doing and I sat in the store for an hour and a half untill the manager could come help. Which only took him approximately 5 min. There is no way to contact them to see if the new iPad has now been shipped there only able to drive there and personally check myself. This store has single handily driven me away from sprint.
