  I bought 2 new appliances there, both needed service, they came out and on the dishwasher was told it would be 300 dollars so I bought a new one from another store, that cost me $75.00! The stove had a bent knob, he couldn’t fix it and that cost me $75.00!

  They have one star only because zero was not an option. Office staff was beyond rude to deal with on a repair. I have been waiting for a month to have my oven (that I bought from them) repaired. It required a part to be ordered. I called after a week. Not in and extremely rude lady in the office. I called at 2 weeks. Still can't tell me where the part is. Incredible. At a month, still no call. Finally called someone else. Fixed in t 3 days! Never use Shawels. They are awful!
