Our technician Ty is five stars *****, but giving the company overall four stars ****. Ty has been our technician for 10 years and we've never had a problem with bugs or termites. When we have a small problem with mice, we gave Ty a call and he made time to bring by some traps in between other jobs. We have complete trust and confidence in Ty. the one beef I have with the company - every quarter I get two post cards mailed to me that remind me to schedule our treatments, one is my regular treatment, and the other is for the termite bait stations (but if I remember right, the cards all look the same). I tried calling the office to find out why they send out two cards for me to schedule one visit and was told they couldn't do anything about it because the normal treatment and termite checks were two different services (even though they are conducted by the same technician). My guess is they could safe some money if they figured out how to send one reminder card and then pass that savings on to their customers.

Very disappointed in this company. We purchased a new build home 2 years ago and had our initial termite inspection through this company (not by choice). When we had an active ANT infestation all summer last year, we decided to contract with them this spring for their quarterly pest service which we paid in FULL at time of purchase. Since our quarterly service started at the end of March, we've had to call the company at least 5-6 times in addition to the 3 quarterly visits, due to the ants returning, which seems like every 2-3 weeks since the warm weather began this year. The tech that was assigned to us, Terrance, clearly makes his own schedule and screens his calls as we have tried to contact him multiple times, leaving multiple messages each time we get our "quarterly" reminder card. Days go by without him even updating his voicemail. In the 10-15 times we've tried to call us, he only returned one call and over a week went by before that happened. We have voiced our concern to their scheduler, Ashley, who is also not very helpful or reliable. She admittedly sent out a quarterly reminder card too early and doesn't even have record of all of the times that we've had to have a tech come by to service our house. When I called this afternoon to report that the ants have returned yet again, I again interacted with Ashley, who again was less than helpful and put me on speaker phone when I started to express my disappointment in their company. I asked to speak with a manager and instead she told me that if I wanted to cancel (which I never asked to do) I had to give them a 30 day notice. I corrected her and told her I'm not looking to cancel the service that is already paid in full, but rather wanted to voice my concerns and disappointment and speak about my options for actually being taken care of when my house is serviced. I was transferred to Shannon and left a voicemail which will hopefully be returned quickly and my concerns will be heard with good customer service. Every time I call for service I have to wait days for a tech to come, and this time is the worst, waiting for almost a week for AN ACTIVE infestation in my house. Every time a tech is scheduled to come, we've had to take care of the ants ourselves in the house so the tech usually says there's nothing they can do without seeing an active trail . Every time I tell them the same thing and ask for more options because it's clear that the granules they dump are not working but they say there's nothing more they can do. While I understand that there can be millions of ants in each colony and colonies can be active just about anywhere, it's completely disheartening that a company doesn't stand behind their service and put the customer first. We've paid for a service that we feel we haven't received because every time, we spend hours trying to bait and track the ants down ourselves. We will definitely not be renewing our quarterly service and will tell any one who asks, and doesn't, that this is not the company to contract your service with. We will likely be looking into transferring our annual termite inspection service to some one else too. Boo to you National Exterminating!
