  I ordered online for my husband's birthday; paid $19 for expedited shipping so his gift would get here before he did, and also paid for gift wrapping. I marked the item as a gift so it wouldn't include the price tag. Well, Macys ignored all of the above. His gift arrived three days later (I paid for 2 day shipping), unwrapped, with a huge price tag on it. Needless to say, I will NEVER order online or purchase anything from this store.

  Good customer service at cosmetics and ladies accessories. Did not like the loud music playing in the store. Christmas music would have been appreciated, not loud hip hop/rap music.
